My-Oh

Lots of people have asked about Maiyo's name. Well here are the details:

Maiyo: pronounced My-Oh (or think of the Spanish pronunciation of the month of May). This name is a variation of Anastasio & his Father's middle name 'Mayo' and was also Ana's Grandmother's Maiden Name. We simply added the 'i' because we didn't want him to be called mayo-nnaise:-)

Torin: Like the Italian town of Torino. Yup, we named him after Italy since it was such a great memory for us during the pregnancy. Ana actually came up with the name and I loved it!
